Delivery time

Shipments are made by express courier. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 19.00 approximately.

Delivery times from the departure of the package are as follows:

  • 1/2 working days for Northern and Central Italy *
  • 2/3 working days for Southern Italy and the Islands

* (some locations located in North-Central Italy are not served every 24 hours, but every 48-72 hours)

If orders are placed on a Friday, the material will be shipped the following Monday if not a holiday.

We inform you that in the month of August we cannot guarantee the delivery of orders within 24/48 hours.

Transportation fee

Based on the taxable amount of the order, the following transport costs will be charged:

ITALY

Private

  • FREE - For orders over € 50.00 + VAT
  • € 3.50 - For orders between € 30.00 + VAT to € 50.00 + VAT
  • € 5.00 - For orders below € 30.00 + VAT
  • In case of passage from the ZTL there is a charge of € 2.00

Points of Sale - Doctors / Therapists

  • Free port for orders over € 190.00 + VAT
  • € 7.00 - For orders below € 190.00 + VAT
  • € 10.00 - For orders of less than € 190.00 + VAT for islands and locations that are difficult to reach
  • In case of passage from the ZTL there is a charge of € 2.00

EUROPE

AREA 1 - Austria, Belgium, Germany, Liechtestein, Luxembourg, Holland
AREA 2 - Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Poland, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary
AREA 3 - Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia

  • 15 € - For orders up to 40 €
  • 10 € - For orders from 40 to 100 €
  • 5 € - For orders over 100 €

Each shipment is accompanied by an envelope containing the invoice.

Once you have received the product, please check:

  1. That the number of packages (parcels) indicated on the carrier's letter is actually the one delivered;
  2. That the package is intact and undamaged; any complaints must be raised immediately to the courier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. In this case, if the damage is easily found, we invite you to refuse the delivery or accept the delivery with reserve specifying it to the courier;
  3. Complaints are accepted within 8 days of receipt of the goods, if authorized by the Headquarters and with a regular goods return document.
