The Bach Flower Healing Herbs remedy Clematis is one of the first three remedies identified by Edward Bach in 1928 and derived from the flowers of Clematis Vitalba. In Latin, the name vitalba means white vine: "white" for the color of its flowers and "vine" for its tendency to climb hedges. Clematis is a creeping plant, and since it cannot support itself, it relies on small trees or shrubs to lift it up. Recommended intake and dosage for the Bach Flower Healing Herbs remedy Clematis

Fill a 30 ml glass dropper bottle 3/4 full with water and 1/4 full with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 drops of each flower essence of your choice, from the stock bottle.
Before taking, shake the bottle lightly to keep the essences at a more powerful vibrational state.
Take 4 drops under the tongue, 4 times a day.
Increase or decrease the frequency of intake depending on your personal sensitivity to flower essences.
