To take the essence, it must be diluted in the following way:
Fill a 30 ml glass dropper bottle 3/4 full with water and 1/4 full with brandy, which serves as a preservative.
Add 2 drops of each chosen flower essence, contained in the stock bottle on sale.
Before taking, shake the bottle lightly to keep the essences at a more powerful vibrational state.
Take 4 drops under the tongue, 4 times a day.
Increase or decrease the frequency of intake depending on your personal sensitivity to flower essences.
