Doses

For short-term, emergency situations or for immediate support, use the drops in the stock solution. For real therapeutic processes, aimed at changing long-term patterns of behavior and emotions, prepare the dosage as follows: fill a 30 ml bottle with dropper 2/3 with natural mineral water and the remaining part with brandy, to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the stock sales bottle, for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol, use apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin. The standard dosage is 4 drops under the tongue 4 times a day. Shake lightly before use to maintain the energy of the essences in an enhanced state.
