How to take the Alaska Guardian 7.4 ml compound formula :

Use stock essence only for short-term, emergency situations or to receive immediate support.
For true therapeutic processes, aimed at changing long-term behavioral patterns and emotions, fill a 30 ml bottle with a dropper 2/3 with natural mineral water or spring water and the remainder with brandy, to preserve the solution.
Then add 2 drops from the stock bottle for each chosen essence.
For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol, use apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin.
The standard dosage is 4 drops under the tongue 4 times a day.
