Doses

For short-term, emergency situations, or for immediate support, use the drops in the stock solution. For more therapeutic processes aimed at changing behavior patterns and emotions over the long term, prepare a dosing bottle as follows: fill a 30 ml bottle with a dropper 2/3 full with natural mineral water or spring water and the remainder with brandy to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the retail bottle for each essence of your choice. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol, use apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin.
The standard dosage is 4 drops 4 times a day, but each individual can determine how often to take the essences. Shake lightly before use to maintain the essences' energy levels. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TVs, cell phones, and computers.
