How to take Alaska Enchanter's Nightshade single essence :

For short-term, emergency situations or to receive immediate support, use the drops in the stock solution.
For actual therapeutic processes, aimed at changing long-term behavioral patterns and emotions, prepare the dosage as follows:

• Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle 2/3 full with natural mineral water and the remainder with brandy, to preserve the solution.
• Then add 2 drops of essence from the stock bottle on sale.
• The standard dosage is 4 drops under the tongue 4 times a day.
