Applications of Self Heal Tube Cream

• For joint pain, muscle tension and cramps :
  After a massage with appropriate oils, the cream can be applied to the painful areas.
  Dandelion essence can be added to tense and tight muscles, while cayenne essence can be added to warm and disperse blocked energy in painful areas.
• For muscle cramps and rebalancing the menstrual cycle :
  Add the essence of Chamomile, Black Cohosh and Dandelion to the cream and, together with the Mugwort essential oil, massage clockwise and counterclockwise over the uterus and stomach area.
• For skin inflammation due to eczema or dermatitis :
  To soothe the affected area, add Aloe Vera essence, St. John's Wort and Crab Apple to the Self Heal cream .
• For allergic skin reactions :
