Doses

Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle 3/4 full with water and 1/4 full with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Shake gently before use to maintain a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease the dose depending on your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TVs, cell phones, and computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30ml dropper bottle as above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
