How to take Californian Hyssop essence:

• Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle 3/4 full with water and 1/4 full with brandy, which serves as a preservative.
• Add 2 to 4 drops of your chosen flower essence from the stock bottle on sale.

Take 4 drops under the tongue four times a day.
Increase or decrease intake depending on personal sensitivity to flower essences.
Shake lightly before taking to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state.

Recommended dosage for people sensitive to alcohol:

• Two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice.
• In a 30ml dropper bottle as directed above, replace the brandy with 1/3 to 1/2 vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution.
