How to take it

Many people may be familiar with their “sun” sign, commonly known as their zodiac sign, but even if you have never had a birth chart drawn up and do not know your “moon” sign, you can use the Himalayan single essences.
You can take the essences of your Sun and Moon sign if you want to consciously increase your knowledge of these energies and/or if you want to reveal things you have never previously realized.
