How to use the Himalaya Gulaga single essence

Internal

Take a few drops under your tongue several times a day, sitting quietly for a few moments and feeling the beneficial effects.

External

Pour a few drops into your left hand, rub both hands lightly, raise them above your head, and then rub them repeatedly over your entire body; travel over your entire body, from the sides, front, back, and then down your legs.
