How to use the Himalaya Trust Single Essence

Internal

Take a few drops under your tongue several times a day, sitting quietly for a few moments and feeling the beneficial effects.

External

Pour a few drops into your left hand, rub both hands lightly, raise them above your head, and then rub them repeatedly over your entire body; travel over your entire body, from the sides, front, back, and then down your legs. Finally, with the Chakra Catalysts, place both hands on the specific chakra. For all other catalysts, place your hands on your heart.
