Tibetan Waters Cristalmantra Single Essence - Malachite 15 ml

Physical : Bone pain, joint problems in the knees, legs, feet, and back. Muscle and tendon strains and sprains. Kidney problems, including the bladder, ureters, and adrenal glands.

Emotional : mental rigidity, attitudes of rejection of situations, remaining anchored to fixed ways of thinking, avoiding the circumstances that life places before us to fulfill ourselves and live our possibilities

It balances the 2nd chakra. It also helps plants grow healthy and strong. Adding a few drops to the water every time you water them helps protect them from pests.

Doses

For problems, especially physical ones, take the pure concentrated essence: 4 drops sublingually up to 4 times a day. Check the product chosen and your body's physical response every 15–20 days.

For emotional and spiritual issues, dilute as follows: choose 1 to 3 essences and fill a 30ml dropper bottle with 2/3 water and 1/3 brandy.
Add the following number of drops to each essence:

• -for recent problems, up to one year of age, 1 drop
• -older problems, 2 drops
• -for problems from childhood, 3 drops
• -for karmic problems of the soul, 4/5 or more

Cleansing Rooms: To purify and regenerate the energy of your rooms, take a spray bottle, fill it with water and ten drops of pure essence, and spray once a day.

For external use on the body: to use the essence on the body or aura, place a few drops in one hand and then pass it over the area to be balanced, once or more times a day, in direct contact with the skin or a few centimetres from the body to rebalance the energy field.
