Doses

Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle 3/4 full with water and 1/4 full with brandy. Add 5-6 drops of the chosen essence from the available bottle. Take 5-7 drops of the prepared dosage sublingually, 3-4 times a day. Shake the bottle gently before use to maintain a heightened vibrational state. Increase or decrease the frequency of use depending on your personal sensitivity to the essences. Keep away from radiation and electromagnetic sources such as TVs, cell phones, and computers.
