Ingredients:
Choline bitartrate; inositol; beta-sitosterol; L-methionine; apple extract (Malus domestica Borkh.), fruit tit. 5% phlorizin; vitamin B2 (riboflavin); vitamin B8 (D-biotin); bulking agent (cellulose); anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide); capsule (HPMC).

It does not contain:

Choline acts in the human body as a methyl donor and is essential for correct liver function. It is essential for the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and the main components of the cell membrane: phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin. Choline and methionine are needed by the liver to help it detoxify residues from protein metabolism.

Recommended doses:
2 capsules per day to complete the main meals. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a glass of water.

Precautions for use:
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are being treated with cholesterol-lowering drugs, consult your doctor before use. Do not use in subjects allergic to apples. The total intake of phytosterols (from foods and supplements) taken in the diet should not exceed 3 g per day.
