Hemp is a plant that has multiple uses.

In the food sector, both flour and oil can be obtained from hemp, which have interesting nutritional properties.

The flour obtained is gluten-free, therefore well tolerated by people with celiac disease. It is also a source of fibre, easily assimilable vegetable proteins, vitamin B1 - B2 - E, essential fatty acids (Omega 3 and Omega 6).
