How to use

For crisis and emergency situations, take 2/3 sprays under the tongue every half hour.
For actual therapies aimed at changing negative behavioral patterns or to work on fear, anxiety, agitation and mental hyperactivity, take 2 sublingual sprays four times a day, for a month or more.
Decrease or increase the frequency of intake depending on personal sensitivity to the essences.
Shake the bottle gently before each use.
