Doses

For short-term, emergency situations or to receive immediate support use the drops in the stock solution. For real therapeutic processes, aimed at changing long-term patterns of behavior and emotions, prepare a dosage bottle in this way: fill a 30 ml bottle with a dropper 2/3 full of natural mineral water or spring water and the remaining brandy, to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the stock sales bottle, for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol use apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin. The standard dosage is 4 drops 4 times a day, but everyone can understand for themselves how many times to take the essences.
