Doses

For short-term, emergency situations, or for immediate support, use the drops in the stock solution. For more therapeutic processes aimed at changing long-term behavior patterns and emotions, prepare a dosage bottle as follows: fill a 30 ml bottle with a dropper 2/3 full with natural mineral water or spring water and the remainder with brandy to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the retail stock bottle for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol, use apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin. The standard dosage is 4 drops 4 times a day, but everyone can determine how often to take the essences. Shake lightly before use to maintain the essences' energy in a heightened state.
