Recommended doses

The 120g Californian Self Heal cream can be used alone or combined with other flower essences, thus creating personalized formulas according to your needs.
When combining with other essences, we recommend not exceeding 3 or 4 essences for each composition and adding 24 drops of stock essence for every 60 g of cream and mixing it with a wooden stick for about three minutes in a clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.

Application of Self Heal cream :

• For joint pain, muscle tension and cramps :
  After a massage with appropriate oils, Self Heal cream can be applied to the painful areas.
  For contracted and tense muscles, you can add Dandelion essence, while to warm and disperse blocked energy in painful areas, you can add Cayenne essence.
• For muscle cramps and rebalancing the menstrual cycle :
  Add the essence of Chamomile, Black Cohosh and Dandelion to the cream and, together with the Mugwort essential oil, massage clockwise and counterclockwise over the uterus and stomach area.
• For skin inflammation due to eczema or dermatitis :
  To soothe the affected area, add Aloe Vera essence, St. John's Wort and Crab Apple to the Self Heal cream .
• For allergic skin reactions :
  Add the flower essences of Yarrow, Pink Yarrow, Golden Yarrow and Red Clover to the cream.
  This combination can be applied to any area of the skin affected by allergies or in the chakras that are physically more vulnerable such as the heart, stomach and solar plexus.
