How to use Sweet Dreams natural flower essence

For insomnia and bruxism: 10 drops sublingually at bedtime, repeated as needed.
In case of headache: 4 drops in a glass of water.
For muscle contractures: mix a few drops with massage oil and apply to the contracture or painful area.
