The birth of the Sweet Dreams natural essence is linked to a legend according to which a young and humble Indian woman won the love of a tribal chief's son who, for unknown reasons, was suffering from severe pain and unable to sleep. Thanks to this flower, the girl was able to restore his peaceful and serene sleep, thus binding him to her.

How to use Sweet Dreams flower essence

For insomnia and bruxism: 10 drops sublingually at bedtime, repeated as needed.
In case of headache: 4 drops in a glass of water.
For muscle contractures: mix a few drops with massage oil and apply to the contracture or painful area.
