Ingredients:
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; colorant: titanium dioxide), magnesium oxide, bulking agent: calcium carbonate; niacin (nicotinamide), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide (nano), magnesium salts of fatty acids; thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), paraaminobenzoic acid (PABA), inositol, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), L-glycine, folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid), biotin (D- biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

B Complex is a food supplement based on the entire complex of B vitamins for the well-being of the nervous system and correct hormonal regulation.

Recommended doses:
