Recommended doses
1 capsule per day to complete a main meal.
The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a glass of water.

Average amounts per recommended daily dose (1 capsule) : vitamin C 100 mg (125% NRV*), iron 15 mg (107.15% NRV*), folic acid 100 μg (50 %VNR *), vitamin B12 50 μg (2000 %VNR *).

Precautions for use
Not recommended for individuals with hemachromatosis, a defect in iron absorption by the small intestine which, in the long term, leads to iron accumulation in all organs.
