Ingredients:
inositol, magnesium citrate, niacin (nicotinamide), alpha lipoic acid, vitamin B1 (thiamine HCl), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), manganese gluconate, biotin, chromium picolinate, capsule (HPMC), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), bulking agent (cellulose).

It does not contain:
