The Medicine of the Future, which will be based on the psychoneuroendocrine modulation of the immune-cytokine system, is aimed at non-EU generations, as the EU, and more generally the entire Western world, have aborted the medical discipline that was born within it, Psycho-Neuro-Endocrine-Immunology (PNEI). Now, faced with a Medical Science that has become increasingly Promethean-like, independent of all philosophical and theological knowledge and is focused solely on producing new technological devices, no longer even claiming to understand the pathophysiology of every systemic human disease, to the point of no longer even studying the anatomy of the human body with its endogenous molecules endowed with regenerative power, instead creating an artificial chemical body that is alternative to the real one, it is imperative to reconstruct the shattered Medical Science both within itself and within a unified vision of Knowledge.

It is no coincidence that the father of modern medicine, the first to understand the chemical, and not merely fluidic, nature of the human body and disease as chemical alterations, was Paracelsus, a magician and physician. For him, modern medicine not only did not abandon magical thinking, but was born precisely from the Science of the Magi, hence from the bosom of an eternal Tradition, which, after the Flood, had its prophetic patriarch in Zarathustra. It is no coincidence that for Paracelsus, the four criteria for a physician's identity were Alchemy, Philosophy, Astrology, and Magic as a spiritual interpretation of Nature and History. Beginning with Paracelsus and his enlightenment on the chemical nature of the human body, over the course of 500 years, medicine has now begun to understand the chemical mediation of both emotions and psychedelic expansive states of consciousness, which constitutes the knowledge of PNEI.
